We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Nature's Paw supplements. If you've used the product consistently as directed for the recommended period and you're not happy with the results or your experience, all you need to do is reach out to our team and we'll make it right.
Just like with humans, supplements need time to do their work. Each daily serving contributes to the overall health of your dog's skin, coat, gut, and joints, so it's important to use Nature's Paw consistently for the full recommended period. Many customers see noticeable improvements in as little as 2–3 weeks, but results can take up to 60 days depending on your dog's age, size, and condition.
If after consistent daily use you're not seeing the results you expected, contact our Customer Experience team within 60 days of your delivery date and we'll work with you to find the right solution.
Due to safety, quality-control, and product-integrity considerations, Nature's Paw does not accept physical returns of any edible products. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or freshness, and therefore cannot restock or resell returned items.
If you need assistance with an edible product, please contact our Customer Experience team. Once you've spoken with our team, we'll provide an appropriate resolution and — where possible — encourage you to donate the remaining product to a pup in need.
Non-edible products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
To initiate a return for a non-edible product, please contact our Customer Experience team for instructions and authorization. Do not send products back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your product regardless of whether it was purchased as a one-time order or through a subscription.
If you need to cancel a subscription, please do so before your next order is created. Once a subscription order has been created or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. For all subscription inquiries, email us at support@trynaturespaw.com and our team will be happy to help.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time — no penalties, no fees.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to stop your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partners.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trynaturespaw.com. Please include a description and a photo or video of the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
With Shipping Protection: If you purchased shipping protection at checkout and your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll issue an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
Without Shipping Protection: If your package appears to be lost or stolen and you did not purchase shipping protection, we recommend contacting your local carrier first. While we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for unprotected shipments, please reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.
Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional add-ons are not eligible for return or refund. Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you return a paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, the free item(s) must also be returned in unused condition. Failure to return the promotional item may result in its value being deducted from your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it:
We welcome orders from outside our primary shipping regions. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or exemption from customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, please reach out to our support team first. We're committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly, and working with us directly is always the fastest path to a resolution.
