At Nature's Paw, we stand behind our products and your pet's wellbeing. This policy outlines our return, refund, and guarantee terms so you know exactly what to expect.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any Nature's Paw product. If you've used the product as directed and you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund — no physical return required in most cases.

To qualify under this guarantee, you must:

  • Have used the product consistently at the recommended serving for at least 30 days.
  • Submit your request within 60 days of your original delivery date.
  • A brief explanation of your experience may be requested to help us improve our products.

Important notes:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
  • Limited to one refund per product type per household.
  • Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products)

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original, sealed condition with no signs of use or tampering.
  • In their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return under this policy. If you've opened the product, please refer to our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

Subscription (Autoship) Orders

Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, we do accept returns on subscription orders under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation window: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to stop your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.
  • Cancellation fee: A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
  • Shipped orders: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@trynaturespaw.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team. We will provide you with a return address.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to our shipping and fulfillment partners.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trynaturespaw.com. Please include a description and photo or video of the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Lost or Stolen Orders

For orders with Porch Pirate Protection, we'll issue an immediate replacement if your package is lost or stolen. Without this protection, we advise contacting your local carrier. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for unprotected lost or stolen items.

Free Gifts and Promotional Items

  • Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • If you return a paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, the free item(s) must also be returned in unused condition. Failure to return the free item may result in its value being deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with our return policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected your return (where applicable), we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Delays

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

International Orders

We accept orders from outside our primary markets. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or exemption from customs duties, taxes, or import fees. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
