Shipping Delays

If your order is experiencing significant delays, please contact us at help@mysawear.com. Our team will work towards the best solution based on your latest tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  1. With Porch Pirate Protection: We will immediately issue a replacement. Contact our support team with the subject line "Stolen, lost in transit order with porch pirate protection" and include your order number, full name, and contact email.
  2. Without Porch Pirate Protection: We advise contacting your local postal service or carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for lost or stolen items without this protection.
