Lost or Stolen Packages

With Porch Pirate Protection: If you purchased Porch Pirate Protection at checkout and your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll issue an immediate replacement at no additional cost. Contact our support team with your order number, full name, and contact email.

Without Porch Pirate Protection: If your package appears to be lost or stolen and you did not purchase Porch Pirate Protection, we recommend contacting your local postal service or carrier first. Please also reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.
